Office of the Chief Customer Officer The DTI Customer Office is the primary interface for all DTI customers, ensuring that DTI provides the best level of service possible. Office of the Chief Operating Officer The Chief Operating Office works to develop processes to effectively utilize IT resources and personnel within the department and statewide. Office of the Chief Security Officer The DTI Security Office provides leadership in the areas of Security, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Government. Office of the Chief Technology Officer The Chief Technology Office is accountable for the successful implementation of major IT projects.
